 The Freshmen class will be selling “spooky snacks” during lunch this week. Get a ghost sucker for $1 or a spooky lei for $4 or 2 for $7 to send to your friends or significant other for Halloween. Come see us at the top of the ramp this week during lunch.

 Juniors and Seniors interested in attending Preview day at UAA on November 3rd: Please see your counselor for a permission slip.

 Seniors wanting to attend UAA Early Application Day at CHS on November 9th: Please sign up with Ms Volden in House 3.

 Seniors: help filling out your FAFSA form will be available on Tuesday November 14th between 6 and 8 PM in RM 60. Please see Ms Volden in House 3 for more information.

 Trick or Treat for UNICEF will take place during 2nd hour announcements, HALLOWEEN (Oct 31) Bring change to contribute! Money collected will go to eliminate tetanus worldwide.

 Calling all artists: Yearbook is now accepting entries for the 2018 Yearbook Endsheet Contest. This is an opportunity for students to submit their original artwork to be featured at the front and back of this year’s yearbook. Entries must be submitted to Mrs. Gilbert by December 1st, so get started now. Check out posters and fliers in the hallways and around the school for more information on this opportunity to feature our school’s artists. Questions? Talk to Mrs. Gilbert.

 PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES ARE TONIGHT! Two sessions: 11:45 – 2:30 & 4:00 – 7:00. Active participation of parents is essential! Communication between home and school is one of the best ways to ensure that your school experience is successful. We hope to see you there.

 Please get your FCCLA permission slips to Mrs. Ditzler TODAY Wednesday October 25th the absolute deadline is Thursday October 26th . We will be having an FCCLA meeting at lunch on Thursday October 26th in room #102. You will get the agenda for Birchwood camp and Details for Trunk or Treat at the meeting on Thursday or when you turn in your permission slip.

 There will be pizza during lunch on Monday, October 30th in the NROTC classroom for all Military Students.
