Normal Bell Schedule

  • Bucks for Bailey. Come to the crossroads at lunch between now and October 31 to show your support for Ms. Bailey as she battles cancer.  Donate and/or write a message of encouragement.
  • Lunch in the Library will be silent all week!  Sorry for the inconvenience!
  • The annual bookmark contest is back!  See a librarian for information.  Winners will get their bookmarks published by the district.
  • Kiwanis International and UNICEF joined forces to help eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus (MNT) worldwide. This historic initiative, called The Eliminate Project, aims to put an end to this cruel, centuries-old disease. It will also help pave the way for the delivery of other lifesaving services, such as clean water, nutrition and other vaccines. UNICEF USA and Kiwanis International are working to raise $110 million to provide women with lifesaving vaccines to protect them and their future newborns.  Thank you for being a hero and donating today during Trick or Treat for UNICEF!.
  • Seniors! Make sure to submit your senior superlative ballots. We will be collecting ballots this week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at lunch. See us at the crossroads to pick your Superlative winners.
  • If you want to go out for a sport/activity you must get a golden ticket. There is a collection of them on Mrs. Huffer’s door. Go see Mrs. Huffer to be eligible. Last day to sign up for basketball is Nov 19th.
  • Halloween costumes must be school appropriate. No face paint. No masks. No weapons. If you have questions, ask Mr. J today.
  • The Municipality of Anchorage will be providing a FREE flu clinic for students and the public on Nov 6th from 9AM-1PM here at Chugiak High School, near the library entrance. No insurance required. Ages 6 months or older. Please bring signed consent by a parent if 17 or under. Please hold on to your consent form until the day of the clinic. The nurses office is not collecting forms.
